Step 2: Contact Us for Inquiry
Once you’ve found a product or idea you like, contact us via:
A detailed price quotation based on size, design, and material
Estimated production timeline
A digital design preview (if custom)
You can request revisions to the design before final approval.
Step 4: Down Payment (50%)
Once you approve the design, we require a 50% down payment to begin production. Payments can be made via:
Bank Transfer (Indonesia)
Wise / PayPal / Western Union (International)
Step 5: Production Process
We begin crafting your artwork by hand. This process takes 2–8 weeks depending on complexity and order queue. We will keep you updated with progress photos or videos during production.
Step 6: Final Payment & Shipping
Once your artwork is complete, we will:
Share final photos/videos of the product
Request the remaining 50% payment
Arrange safe and insured shipping to your location
Provide tracking information
Shipping options include DHL, EMS, and sea cargo (for bulk or large pieces).
Step 7: Receive & Enjoy
